Interreligious and Intercultural EnvironmentInterreligious and Intercultural Environment in which EENI ActsEENI Global Business School operates in a global digital market, characterised by a clear tendency towards regionalisation, and where people of different religions interact. EENI has students, professors, collaborators, and partners of various religious beliefs: Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, or Judaism. Also, a large part of Humanity (Africa, Latin America, Arab countries, Southeast Asia, India) is much more spiritual than the West, something that our students should not ignore when doing business in these countries. Knowing how to manage and design strategies adapted to this reality will be fundamental for EENI. In the Western Civilisation, people tend to separate the religious component from business and education. However, it is not true in other regions of the world, where the spiritual component is intimately related both to business and education. Moreover, in the world there are secular, Catholic, Buddhist, Muslim, Presbyterian, or Hindu universities. According to the Pew Research Institute, 84% of Humanity (6 billion people) claims to belong to some religion.
What are the ethical principles common to all humanity? EENI developed its model of Global Ethics applicable both to our training model (seeking to solve the problem related to business training without values) and EENI strategy.
